Working one-on-one with you allows your instructor to customize the workout according to your goals — allowing for faster results. Private apparatus lessons last 55 minutes. If you cannot find a time online that is convenient for you, or if you have a group of three or more, please contact the studio to schedule an appointment. Socks are required; no shoes.

Moxie Pilates Introduction
This class is a wonderful way to begin your Pilates journey. We will focus on introducing you to fundamental Pilates exercises with an emphasis on learning proper technique right from the beginning. This is also a good review for those who wish to revisit the foundation for all movements — "the essentials". Uses multiple apparatus including the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Foam Roller, Chair and more. (Maximum 4 participants) Offered at various times throughout the year. Enjoy a full mind-body workout on the Reformer apparatus, which utilizes spring resistance to challenge the body in a variety of positions. The Reformer is an efficient way to re-balance the body and improve strength, flexibility and coordination. (All levels) If class is not in BOLD on the calendar or is listed as "not available", it may be full. Please contact the studio to be added to the waitlist.

The perfect class to strengthen your core and unwind from the stress of the day. We’ll target the all-important Pilates “Powerhouse” muscles of the abdominals, lower back, hips, and gluteals to create a stronger mid-section and relieve back pain. This will be followed by stretching the entire body to finish relaxed and refreshed. Quick and efficient in 30 minutes!
